NATIONAL YOUTH ORGANIZER

George Opare Addo

George Opare Addo, Esq., also known as Pablo, is the National Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). He is renowned as a charismatic leader, activist, and politician, advocating for progress, accountability, equity, and youth empowerment within the NDC and Ghana. As an activist, he has spearheaded numerous demonstrations and street protests, striving for accountability and social justice. In 2009, he made history by becoming the youngest Municipal Chief Executive in Ghana at the age of 27, appointed by the late President John Evans Attah-Mills. Opare Addo served the people of Akuapem North Municipal Assembly for two terms, from 2009 to 2017. Additionally, he is a lawyer by profession, having been called to the Ghana Bar in 2019. Opare Addo is a distinguished leader known for his outstanding contributions to politics and public service. Under his leadership, the youth wing of the NDC has flourished, becoming one of the most dynamic units within the party.

DEPUTY NATIONAL YOUTH ORGANIZER

Osman Abdulai Ayariga

Osman Ayariga currently serves as the Deputy National Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Ghana. He was elected to this position during the party’s 10th Women and Youth Conference at the University of Cape Coast. Prior to this role, Ayariga held the position of President of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) and is recognized for his active engagement in youth activism within the NDC. With a background in architecture, he became a lawyer in 2023 after being called to the Ghana Bar. Ayariga has been vocal on several issues, advocating for investigations into alleged corruption within the Ghana Scholarship Secretariat. His leadership is marked by a commitment to transparency and accountability, and he aims to actively involve the youth in meaningful political and social activities.

DEPUTY NATIONAL YOUTH ORGANIZER

Ruth Dela Seddoh

Ruth Dela Seddoh is a dedicated and dynamic political leader who serves as the Deputy National Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Ghana. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with Psychology and a Master of Arts in Public Affairs, both from the University of Ghana. Ruth has a strong background in leadership and activism, having served two terms as the Deputy National Youth Organizer. She has played an integral role in the Manifesto Committee for Youth and Sports, as well as for Gender and Social Protection, and is a key member of the National Youth Working Committee. Ruth demonstrated her leadership abilities early in her career when she served as TEIN President and TEIN Women’s Commissioner at the University of Ghana, City Campus. Her dedication to youth empowerment and advocacy for gender and social protection issues makes her a significant figure in Ghanaian politics, as she strives to bring about meaningful change and development for the nation’s youth.
