About Us - NDC Youth Wing

Welcome to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Youth Wing! We are the vibrant and dynamic youth arm of the National Democratic Congress, dedicated to empowering young Ghanaians and driving positive change across our beloved nation.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Youth Wing was established by the National Democratic Congress itself, as part of its structure to engage and mobilize young people in Ghana. The NDC was founded in 1992 by Jerry John Rawlings, a former military leader and President of Ghana. The Youth Wing was created to ensure that the party’s vision and policies resonate with the younger generation, encouraging their active participation in the political process and fostering future leaders within the party.

What We Do

Philosophy of the Party

The Party is a Social Democratic Party that believes in the equality and the egalitarian treatment of each person irrespective of their social, cultural, educational, political, religious, and economic relations in a multi-party environment.
